Open cam, right in the middle the sensor, mother board to the right

In the middle: IR (infrared) filter.

Notice the screws stay in a pattern. They are in a pattern so it is hopefully possible to remember where they need to go for reassemble. I think there are about 50 screws for this step to get the lens out.
