Hello Correct-Pre-Name and Last-Name where filled in here,
We were informed as to your YouTube Channel included many spam videos. But do not worry. We are going to review your channel with our YouTube team and we are going to inform you by email. During the reviewing, we recommend you not to upload new videos. Answer the following questions and reply to this email. In case you fail to let our team to review your channel, it will be closed. Thank you for being patient.
Channel URL:
Channel Content Subject:

Part A: Action!
1. IMMEDIATELY check: https://www.youtube.com/account within 24 hours before it's too late ! Then click "Add or remove managers". If there is someone which not belongs to you, remove the hacker! (Possible this is the hijacker)
Here is why: After 24 hours the hijacker has full access as primary owner of your YouTube channel even if you have changed all passwords. Hijacker read your gmail account emails and confirm himself to add himself as Owner.
Check if you can remove the hacker before he owns your YouTube channel:
2. Change all passwords of all you accounts. Enable 2-factor authentication (check number #1 also! Or you will loose your YouTube channel within 24 hours!)
Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security > Signing in to Google > 2-Step Verification Make sure that 2-Step Verification is ON if you do not have it already.
Part B: Secure
My instructions how to report Phishing emails on your GMail account
0. DO NOT delete these emails right away. But do not click any links in it. Do not reply to such emails. Even if you report it and an email will taken down the hackers just reopen a similar new email address on mail ru, outlook com, gmail com, etc. it never ends and starts over and over again.
WE must track it down to the main AdSense Google YouTube account, this is where the collected money goes at the end: To the hijackers physical BANK ACCOUNT.
1. SAVE the original hijackers messages to your local storage ! This is VERY important so that you can report it else it is impossible to catch the hijackers.
- Within GMail: Click on the right the 3-dotted line, then choose "Show Original", then hit "Download original". Then save it to your local hard disk storage where you can find it.
2. Mark and Report this hijacking email as Phishing.
- Within GMail: Click on the right the 3-dotted line, then choose "Report Phishing". Then the email get a red box to warn other people as well if many have reported it
- Within Outlook: TBD
3. Report Phishing directly to Google here AND include the Original message you saved in step 1:
- If you are not within Gmail use this link to report it with a form:
https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse
All else can not trace down the hijacker if you just delete it. We must find out the main AdSense accounts they use this is where the hijacked AdSense money goes at the end: To a real physical bank account.

Part C: Report Hijacking to YouTube
According to Andrew there is no method for the YouTube user to report Hijacking... how stupid... Billion Dollar Internet company can't handle Support the right way...
How to Report Hijacking
If your YouTube channel and Google account has been hijacked.
How to Report Impersonation
NOTE: For Hijacking see "How to Report Hijacking".
NOTE2: This process requires 2 two channels, one your own up-and-running (NOT Hijacked) and one which was copied.):
NOTE 3: This is only if you have full access of your account and your account does not have been hijacked.
On your YouTube Channel:
1. Click About > Flag-Icon > Report user
2. Select (*) Impersonation, Click on Continue
3. Select (*) My YouTube Channel is being impersonated
4. ENTER CHANNEL URL OF USER YOU WANT TO REPORT:
[Your channel url is shown / or enter one]
5. Click Continue
6. BLOCK USER: [ ] <--- Unselect it.
7. Scroll down to bottom ADDITIONAL NOTES:
[Enter what happend and more information]
8. Click I'm not a robot
9. Click Submit
Note down your original hijacked channel URL: ________________________
Create a new BRAND CHANNEL with a new name, it will be empty with zero videos...
Note down your newly created BRAND Channel URL: ________________________
Important: Verify your channel here: https://www.youtube.com/verify your personal SMS phone number will be used, it it will be verified within seconds.
(I think this is just for YouTube that they can be more or less sure that's it's your channel.)
IF YouTube find out that the channel was in deed hacked they will transfer restore everything back to you.
About after a few days they will get back to you by email.
Keep checking your emails and channel and report any changes IMMEDIATELY to Google.

Download YouTube Videos from stolen hijacked account

- Start JDownloader2
- Go to Settings tab and choose your Download folder, this is where it will download your YouTube videos, etc.
- Copy with cmd-c if you are on a Mac or ctrl+c if you are on a PC your channel url link, for example: https://www.youtube.com/channel/123456789abc-example-url/
- In JDownloader2 go to the LinkGrabber tab and paste the link, click on "Process Playlist?". Then it will grab all your links etc. wait until it's done. (But this will not download it, see next step.)
- Then click "Start all Download" on the bottom right corner. This will actually download the videos etc.
- Wait until it's done. If some errors just wait, it will fix that later automatically.
- Done!

"Ultimately, this shows that YouTube's violation system is broken. It is far to easy to file a violation and Google typically takes the side of the reporter rather than the content creator, which is why this system is ripe for abuse."
